Dr. Andrew Dargie, BSc, MD, CCFP
Dr. Dargie is originally from Calgary, Alberta. He attended Stanford University in California where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Calgary and went on to start a Vascular Surgery residency, but decided to transfer and obtain his CCFP designation. He practices advanced medical aesthetics in Kelowna and Vernon, BC. He also works as an Emergency Room Physician at Penticton Regional Hospital and is the Emergency Department Head at South Okanagan General Hospital. Dr. Dargie has a passion for teaching and is part of a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standard of neuromodulator and dermal filler education.
Becky Wilkins, RN
Becky Wilkins has been an RN for over 31 years. Combining her training as a registered nurse with her passion for helping people look and feel their best, allowed a transition into aesthetic medicine. Becky founded one of Alberta’s first Medical Spas over 25 years ago and now has 2 locations and a team of 30 staff. Aesthetic medicine not only requires an artistic eye, patient safety, and technical skill, but also a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Integrity and honest communication with prospective clients is Becky’s priority. She has been teaching injection techniques throughout Western Canada for the past 5 years for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. Her style of teaching leaves students and models with the confidence to achieve very natural results performed in the most gentle and safest way.
Dr. Vikram Lekhi, BSc, MD, MBT, MBA, FRCSC
Dr. Vikram Lekhi is a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist practicing in Calgary, AB and High River, AB. He received his Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University, obtained his Masters in Bio-Medical Technology, Doctor of Medicine, Master’s in Business Administration and a Residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Calgary. Dr. Lekhi is a board certified Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC).
Dr. Lekhi is an engaging lecturer with a wealth a knowledge and is one of the many reasons why the filler course is Canada’s gold standard in dermal filler training.
Mandeep Kharey, BN, RN
Mandeep Kharey was born in Calgary, Alberta and completed her Bachelor of Nursing from Athabasca University. After obtaining her degree, she immediately went on to pursue her passion in the field of medical aesthetics as a cosmetic nurse injector. Mandeep has 10 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse and has taught extensively in clinical settings for over 2 years throughout Western Canada. Mandeep’s knowledge, experience and passion for medical aesthetics make her a valuable asset to course attendees.
Jillian Fyvie, BSN, RN, MBA
Jillian Fyvie graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2009 with her Nursing degree, specializing in Critical Care. Her attention to detail and artistic eye helped her develop a passion for medical aesthetics, beginning in 2012. She recently graduated with an MBA from UBC and while operating a busy regenerative medicine practice in Vancouver, she opened up her own medical aesthetics practice. Jillian places high value on continuous education, safe technique and open communication with her patients. She has taught injection techniques to many physicians and nurses in BC for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, and is passionate about creating a learning environment that encourages trainees to learn and ask questions, so the medical aesthetics industry can continue to become safer, and offer natural looking results for patients.
Sheena Rajput, BSN, RN
Sheena Rajput is a Registered Nurse from Edmonton, Alberta and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta. With a passion for aesthetics and safety, she pursued a career in cosmetic injections and has spent countless hours perfecting injection techniques. She has attended many international injection trainings and conferences held by industry leaders and uses what she has learned to translate safe, beautiful, and natural results for patients. Over the past two years, Sheena has been training medical doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses on cosmetic injectables. Sheena is also the lead trainer in Alberta for Clarion Technologies.
Dr. Brittany Macdonald, BSc, MD, CCFP
Originally from New Brunswick, Dr. Macdonald grew up on the East Coast of Canada. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Dalhousie University she initially worked with expectant mothers as a researcher in epigenetics at the IWK Children’s Hospital in Nova Scotia. She later completed her medical degree in the nation’s capital at the University of Ottawa, before returning East for her residency in Family Medicine at Dalhousie University, where her training included a focus in skin disease and minor surgery. Dr. Macdonald currently practices advanced medical aesthetics in Calgary, Alberta, where she also continues to practice as a Family Physician. Dr. Macdonald is a passionate educator, and enjoys working with learners in both her medical and aesthetic practices.
Adrianne "Anne" Erdman, BComm
The business of botox is taught by Adrianne Erdman who received her Bachelor of Commerce, with a specialization in finance, from the University of British Columbia. She has managed multiple successful medical aesthetic business and will be your key to learning the business fundamentals of medical aesthetics. Prior to joining the filler course, Adrianne worked for KPMG as a Consultant. Her background includes accounting, marketing, human resources and business development
